You can make contact with us through email or phone. This is where you can discuss what size and contents you would like for your memorial.
At Divine Art Memories we will send a box, spoon, and sealer bag for the cremated ashes, and a sample of verses/poems for your consideration or you can have your own tribute, poem, prayer, or story.
A return envelope for the ashes and photographs will be included and if you would like you can email pictures to us.
